Classical Mat
Classic Mat - focus on pilates 6 basic principles all according to classic pilates original system! We can use various pilates equipment such as pilates ring, weight balls, foam roller, etc.
The exercises are individually adapted so that the training suits everyone, regardless of training background.
Classical Reformer
Classic Reformer – A challenging and dynamic Reformer class all according to the original classic Pilates system. Controlled movements that give the whole body a total workout of strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

Mat Open
A mix of classic and contemporary. Focus on Pilates 6 basic principles: Centering/stabilization - Control - Concentration - Flow efficiency in the movement/rhythm - Breathing - Precision. We can use small pilates equipment such as pilates rings, weight balls, foam rollers, etc.
The exercises are individually adapted so that the training suits everyone, regardless of training background.
Reformer Open
A mix of classic and contemporary. Here we train on one of the exclusive Reformer pilates devices. Controlled movements with resistance from metal springs that give the whole body a total workout of strength, endurance, balance and flexibility

Tower Open
Here we train on one of the exclusive Tower pilates devices. A class for those who want to learn original Pilates equipment and its functions. Controlled exercises with resistance from metal springs that give the whole body a total workout of strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
Reformer Athletic
A faster workout that uses either the reformer, along with functional food-based exercises to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. By training in short intervals with high and lower intensity exercises, we keep your heart rate elevated in a fun but challenging workout for the whole body. Get ready to sweat!
Classic Pilates
Classical Pilates is defined as the science and art of coordinating body and mind to achieve total fitness. You use your own body as well as the resistance of springs to perform a series of movements that are linked together in an efficient transition, which is adapted to your needs.
