Group training: Bookings for all group classes open 2 weeks in advance. You can create your own login via our booking system Wondr. You can also download the app for easier management of your bookings such as booking/cancelling classes, putting yourself on the reserve list and seeing how many clips you have left. Cancellation must be made no later than 8 hours before the booked class. In case of late cancellation or no-show, SEK 250 will be charged.

Classical Pilates is defined as the science and art of coordinating body and mind to achieve total fitness. You use your own body as well as the resistance of springs to perform a series of movements that are linked together in an efficient transition, which is adapted to your needs.
